You can now retrieve dockets and docket filings using Lexis Courtlink. You can also search within the documents.
To get to Courtlink, you sign on to Lexis Courtlink, click on the little square in the upper left corner, and click on Courtlink.
Example
You can search Courtlink to find motions or briefs about asylum and forced sterilization.
Then you can limit your results to the Ninth Circuit.
