LGBT Legal Materials: After Obergefell

INTRODUCTION

This research guide is designed to aid members of the LGBT community and those researching legal issues specific to gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender people. Based upon an earlier research guide by past fellow Lee Van Duzer of the Washington County Law Library, it reflects the major changes to the legal status of LGBT citizens following the landmark decision in Obergefell v. Hodges, 576 U.S. 644 (2015). This guide includes electronic resources as well as material available at the Cracchiolo Law Library at the James E. Rogers College of Law.
