Docket Research

This guide provides an overview of accessing courts materials through docket searching.

ARIZONA SUPERIOR COURT DOCKETS

The law library has access to Arizona Superior Court case records through eAccess on AZcourts.gov. eAccess allows for public access to civil and criminal records from July 1, 2010, to present day.

Pima County criminal case records are only available for cases filed on or after July 1, 2015.

Probate, juvenile, or family/domestic cases are not available. 

NAVIGATING COURT RECORDS

eAccess allows you to search by case number, party name, or case event. The court website provides detailed instructions for each type of searching:

ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

Registration is required for all eAccess users. Instructions for registering as a non-government user/agency can be found at: https://eaccess.azcourts.gov/#/subscriptions.  

An email address, phone number, and credit card are required for registration.

FEES & SUBSCRIPTIONS

Previewing the first page of a document is free, but there is a $10 fee to view and download all pages of a document. The following subscription structures are also available:
