The objectives for Week 6 are for students to:
- Understand the two purposes of secondary sources (to provide an explanation of the law and provide citations to primary sources)
- Understand that secondary sources are usually the best place to start your immigration law research
- Be familiar with some useful immigration secondary sources
- Efficiently find useful information in secondary sources
- Understand the purpose of and the different types of agency guidance documents
- Efficiently find useful information in agency guidance documents
- Efficiently use primary sources to find other primary sources
